QiansAcrylic supplies standard and custom acrylic display products for business use. Please review product details, size, quantity, finish and customization requirements carefully before confirming an order.

Custom-Made Products

Custom-made acrylic products may not be eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrectly produced according to the confirmed order details.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you believe an item is damaged, defective or incorrectly produced, please contact us promptly with your order information and clear photos or videos showing the issue, the packaging and the product details.

Review Process

We will review reported issues based on the confirmed product specification, production details, packing condition and supporting evidence. If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a practical resolution such as replacement, repair support, partial refund or another agreed solution.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds may not be available for approved custom sizes, custom structures, logo printing, color changes, buyer-provided incorrect information, normal minor tolerance, or damage caused after delivery.
