Product Information Agreement

Product information, images and descriptions are provided to help customers understand acrylic display options. Final custom order details should be confirmed in writing, including size, thickness, material, color, logo, quantity, packing and destination.

Custom Order Responsibility

For made-to-order acrylic products, both parties should confirm the project requirements before production. Customer-provided measurements, drawings, reference photos and use cases help us suggest a practical product solution.

Quote Validity (24H-7 Days)

We aim to respond to quote requests within 24 hours. A quote may remain valid for a limited period, usually up to 7 days, depending on material cost, quantity, shipping conditions and project details.

Design & File Responsibility

If customers provide drawings, logo files, artwork or reference images, they are responsible for the accuracy and permitted use of those materials. Production details are based on the confirmed files and written requirements.

Intellectual Property Protection

We respect customer brand materials, drawings and project references. Customer-provided logos, designs and confidential project details are used for the requested acrylic project and should not be used for unrelated purposes.

Limitation of Use

This website and our services should not be used for unlawful, misleading or harmful purposes. QiansAcrylic may refuse requests that appear unsafe, unclear or inconsistent with professional business use.
